Are you a Thinker or a Feeler?

Thinkers
  • I make decisions that are fair and objective even if it means that someone will be unhappy

  • In conflict situations I concentrate on the issues first, then I worry about the people concerned.

  • People are likely to describe me as logical and analytical

Feelers
  • I make decisions that will create the most harmony

  • In conflict situations I concentrate on the people involved first, then about the cause of the conflict.

  • People are likely to call me sensitive and empathetic

Thinkers prefer coming to conclusions in an objective and impersonal manner.  They rely on logic and basic principles that they believe can be applied in all situations.

When it comes to making decisions, Thinkers put aside their emotions so that they can be more objective.

When making decisions, Feelers consider their own priorities and the needs of the  people affected by their decisions.  Feelers let their feelings and emotions come into play because of their concern for other people.
