Personality Type Test

What makes you different?

This analysis describes your preferences for dealing with and relating to people, processing information, making decisions and organising your life.  In essence it gives a good overview of what you can offer an employer in terms of personality and behaviour.

About You

The judgements you made about your behaviour (and who knows you best?) indicate that the Personality Type that most accurately describes you is ESTP.

Extravert-Sensing-Thinking-Perceiving

AKA 'The Promoter'

ESTPs are life's adventurers.  When an ESTP type is around, life is really buzzing!  The lights are on, the action begins.  They believe that life is not a rehearsal - so everyone should go for it!

People warm to you quickly which is great because you need people.  You are energetic, warm, friendly, enthusiastic and have a great sense of humour.

As a n ESTP you are primarily involved in the 'here and now'.  Your motto - a description of your philosophy of life - could easily be 'make the most of the moment'!

You have a built-in need to be a 'doer' - to always be physically and mentally active. To be engaged in a great variety of activities involving as many people as possible.  However, people who know you well realise that, despite all this dynamic flow of energy, you can be logical and grounded.

Some 'experts' who know about Personality Types think of an ESTP as a Super Hero character - "Promoters love to move faster than a speeding bullet and leap tall buildings with a single bound!"

Your Probable Contributions to an Organisation
