ENTJs set high standards for themselves and are continually creating a mental list of things they want to learn, accomplish and master.

As an ENTJ you are keenly analytical.  Logical, dispassionate and objective analysis is as natural to you as breathing air.  It simply does not make sense to you to base discussions and decisions, as some people do, mainly on emotion or passionate personal opinions.  

At work and play you enjoy planning and taking action.  You have the ability to spot potential pitfalls far ahead, often beyond what is known and obvious.  Your strategies cover all contingencies, leaving no stone unturned. 

Problems invigorate you - you enjoy resolving them using logic and objective critical thinking - strong points of your personality.

Your decisive and positive action leaves others in the dust.  You have little patience with uncertainty, inefficiency or confusion.  Making tough-minded decisions and taking hard actions do not scare you.

You love to interact with people. You are energised and stimulated by social contact. There's nothing more enjoyable and satisfying to you than having lively, challenging conversations or debates.
